Thank you for choosing Le Chateau Pet Resort, Spa, and Boutique for your pet’s vacation! We want you to be fully informed regarding your pet’s care and expenses. Please read the following carefully before submitting your reservation.


Reservations & Payments

  • Reservations are required for all services.
  • A 50% deposit of your pet’s total reservation is required to hold a suite for an overnight stay.
  • Deposits are fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time.
  • The remaining balance is due at check-out.
  • Rates are subject to change and will be charged at the current rate at the time of service.

Check-out time: by 12:00 PM (noon). If you pick up after noon, your pet is welcome to stay and play for the remainder of the day — a half-day daycare fee will apply.

Last check-in: 30 minutes before closing. Last check-out: 15 minutes before closing.


Vaccinations & Health Requirements

All pets must be fully vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian with all required rounds completed before any services at the resort. Vaccination records may be submitted through your Gingr portal, app, text, email, or dropped off in person.

Required Vaccines:

  • Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella
  • Cats: Rabies, FVRCP, and FeLV

Regular worming, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick prevention is expected for all pets. An invoice or certificate of health from your veterinarian is required as proof of vaccinations or any approved variations.

There are inherent risks when pets stay, board, or play in a social environment, including exposure to communicable diseases. Our facility uses daily housekeeping, disinfection, fogging, and air purification to help reduce airborne germs. Even with these precautions and vaccinations, it is still possible for a dog to contract canine cough or other mild illnesses — similar to a child catching a cold at school. Cats also share communal areas, so similar risks apply.

Pets found with fleas, ticks, or other parasites will be treated at the pet parent’s expense and may be quarantined for the duration of their stay.


Well Pet Guarantee

Because it is our desire that all pets go home happy and healthy, each guest is automatically enrolled in our Well Pet Guarantee Program.

If your pet becomes ill or is injured during their stay, we will obtain veterinary care on your behalf. Under this guarantee, 50% of reasonable veterinary costs related to the stay will be applied to your account.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of check-out.
  • We may contact your veterinarian to confirm diagnosis and help prevent future issues.
  • Pre-existing or unrelated conditions are not covered.

Extra-care fees may apply for unneutered males and unspayed females over 6 months old, or for pets requiring extra medical supervision, injections, bandaging, or more than 3 daily medications.


Meals & Treats

Please provide your pet’s regular food to help prevent stomach upset. If no food is provided, or if your pet runs out during their stay, a fresh bag from our boutique will be added to your bill.

Daily treat services are provided with parent-provided treats, and a selection of healthy boutique treats is available for purchase.

For safety reasons, we do not allow rawhides or cooked bones.


Comfort & Belongings

You are welcome to bring your pet’s favorite bedding, toys, or comfort items. Please label all items with your pet’s full name.

We will make every effort to return belongings; however, Le Chateau Pet Resort is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please avoid bringing breakables.


Damage, Behavior & Play

If your pet causes damage to resort property, the cost of repairs may be added to your account.

If your pet shows aggression toward staff and we are unable to safely provide care, you will be contacted for prompt pickup.

Every dog is evaluated for group play to ensure compatibility and safety. Group play is always supervised by trained attendants.

If your pet is not suitable for group play, they will receive exclusive one-on-one playtime with enrichment activities. A daily fee will apply.

Playtimes may include playground equipment, toys, mazes, story time, crafts, and other activities designed to support your pet’s physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. In-suite enrichment (puzzles, stuffed treats, etc.) is available à la carte.


Spa Services

Spa/bathing services are typically scheduled near departure so your pet can enjoy playtime first. Please notify us as soon as possible if your pickup time changes — changes may affect our ability to complete bathing services.

Pets not checked in for boarding or daycare must be picked up within one hour of notification that their service is complete, or daycare fees will apply.

Bathing prices vary based on pet size, coat condition, and temperament. If your pet is excessively matted or uncomfortable with the process, services may be modified or declined for safety.


Acknowledgment & Media Permission

By submitting a reservation through this portal, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above policies. I certify that my pet is free of communicable illness, worms, fleas, or ticks.

I release Le Chateau Pet Resort staff, management, owners, and associates from any liability regarding my pet’s stay or participation in any services offered.

I grant Le Chateau Pet Resort permission to use photographs or videos of my pet(s) taken at the resort for social media, advertising, and marketing.


This agreement is subject to updates as we improve our services, software, and guest experience.
