Yes. For dogs, we require Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. For cats, Rabies, FVRCP, and FeLeuk are required. For your pet’s protection, they should also be current on worming, heartworm, and flea/tick preventatives.

Yes. We administer up to three oral medications per your instructions at no charge. Additional medications, bandaging, or injections may incur a daily special care fee.

We recommend pets complete their full vaccination series, including rabies, before boarding for their safety.

Yes. Pets over 6 months that are not spayed or neutered are welcome, but due to the extra care required, an additional daily fee applies.

No. We carefully evaluate all pets before grouping them by size and play style, with strict supervision. If your pet isn’t suited for group play, they’ll still enjoy outdoor time and one-on-one attention for a small special care fee.

Yes. Please bring your pet’s food to prevent tummy upset, along with their favorite treats, bedding, or toys (labeled). We provide bowls that are washed daily, so leave special bowls at home.

Pets may check in any time during lobby hours, up to 30 minutes before closing. Allow time for check-in and belongings. Payment is taken at check-out.

Check-out is at noon. Pets staying later may enjoy the rest of the day for just half-day daycare charges.

Check-out is available up to 15 minutes before closing. If you’re delayed, please call us—we’ll happily extend your pet’s stay overnight for pick-up the following day.

If your pet’s food runs out, we’ll provide food from our boutique and add it to your bill. If your pet requires a special diet, we can pick it up for you; the cost plus a small food-run fee will be added.

Absolutely not! Our resort design, frequent playtimes, and loving staff help pets feel safe and cared for. To protect all pets, rescues must live in their new home at least two weeks before boarding and have all required vaccinations.

Yes! We recommend bringing your pet for a day of daycare before their first boarding stay. This helps them adjust to the environment, routines, and staff, making their extended stay more comfortable.
